Who We Are
San Antonio Youth Hockey Association (SAYHA) is a non-profit organization founded to support and promote youth ice hockey in San Antonio and the surrounding areas.

Our Purpose
The purpose of SAYHA is to:

• inspire youth participation  in amateur ice hockey, regardless of race, creed, or gender
• practice the ideals of sportsmanship and physical fitness
• bring area players closer together through, and instruct them in the fundamentals of the sport of ice hockey
• encourage players and spectators to behave in an exemplary manner.

Who and Where We Play
San Antonio Youth Hockey Association has had teams competing in the North Texas Hockey League (NTXHL). Teams play and practice at the Northwoods Ice Center.   For the 2010-11 season, we are projecting teams in the NTXHL at the Squirt, Peewee, Bantam and Midget age divisions.

SAYHA is the local hockey organization playing the the North Texas Youth Hockey League under a state, regional and national hockey agencies. 

The state organization is Texas Amateur Hockey Association (TAHA)

The regional organization is the Rocky Mountain District.

The national agency is USA Hockey.
