Who We Are
River City Hockey Travel Association, LLC, doing business as San Antonio Youth Hockey Association, is a non-profit organization founded to support and promote youth ice hockey in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. We are organized as a 501(c)(3) corporation.

Our Purpose 
The purpose of RCHTA/SAYHA is to:

• inspire youth participation in amateur ice hockey, regardless of race, creed, or gender
• practice the ideals of sportsmanship and physical fitness
• bring area players closer together through, and instruct them in, the fundamentals of the sport of ice hockey
• encourage players and spectators to behave in an exemplary manner

The Leagues We Participate In 
RCHTA/SAYHA has teams competing in the Dallas Stars Travel Hockey League (DSTHL) and High School Interscholastic Hockey League (ISHL). 

Where We Play
Our home ice rink is in the Northwoods Ice & Golf Center located at 17530 Henderson Pass San Antonio, TX 78232.

Our Governing Hockey Organizations

• The state organization is Texas Amateur Hockey Association (TAHA)
• The regional organization is the Rocky Mountain District
• The national agency is USA Hockey
