Welcome to another year of Jr. Rampage hockey! We have revamped some of the positions for this coming year in an effort to better serve players, parents, and coaches. Please see below for the details. We are looking forward to another great year!

Reconfigured structure within each age division: 

• The Age Division Head Coach (ADHC) has been replaced.
• An Age Division Coordinator (ADC) position has been developed to assist the head coaches and align both teams within an age division over the course of the entire season (similar to a GM or Project Manager role).
• The position is designed to help facilitate the numerous ‘non on-ice coaching’ aspects that teams encounter and to allow the Head Coaches to focus on coaching our teams.
• The role is not hierarchical - the ADC is not ‘above’ the head coaches nor are the head coaches ‘above’ the ADC.
• For an age division with multiple teams the ADC will not serve as a Head Coach.
• When an age division is a single team the ADC may serve as the Head Coach.
